The Deck Rebuild · €900 fixed price

How a rebuild works.

Your deck, rebuilt around one customer's real problem. In their words, in your template, with the demo where it belongs: after the understanding.

Four steps

From your notes to a deck you can present.

  1. 1

    You send the form

The current deck, what your customer has told you, and one real workflow. Ten minutes if you have your notes to hand.

  2. 2

I reply within two working days

Either with a payment link and a delivery date, or with what's still missing. If your customer evidence is too thin to build on, you hear that before you pay.

  3. 3

    A 20‑minute kickoff call

After booking. We fill the gaps: who has to agree, what proof each of them needs, what you can and can't claim.

  4. 4

Your deck, seven working days later

The rebuilt deck plus the Missing Evidence Brief. Then one round of changes, if you need it.

What you send

Whatever your customer actually said.

  • Their words. Call notes, transcripts, emails, RFP text. Anonymize freely. A transcript beats a summary.
  • One real workflow. How the work happens today, step by step, including the annoying parts.
  • Your current deck, if there is one. A blank page is fine too.
  • What you can't claim. Legal, compliance, or "we don't say that".

Not sure it's enough? Send it anyway. Telling you what's missing is part of the job.

What you get

A deck about them, and the receipts.

  • One deck, up to 20 slides, storyline and slide content rebuilt around one workflow and one buying group.
  • Your template, or one of ours in your brand colors. PowerPoint or Google Slides.
  • The Missing Evidence Brief. Every claim in the deck marked SAID ASSUMED or UNPROVEN, plus the questions to ask before the meeting.
  • One revision round.

Why the brief

So you don't promise what nobody said.

A good story is easy to over-believe, including your own. The brief keeps you honest in the meeting.

SAID

The customer said it, in a call, an email or the RFP. Say it back with confidence.

ASSUMED

Probably true, but it came from your side. Confirm it before you build the meeting on it.

UNPROVEN

Nobody has shown it yet. Ask about it, or leave it out. Don't put it on a slide as a fact.

Example

Same product. Same customer. Different deck.

A supplier approval platform pitched to a food manufacturer's quality team. Illustrative: based on a real rebuild, with the industry, product and wording changed.

BeforeBefore: a slide listing six product modules with tiny bullet points
Six product modules. Swap the logo for a competitor's and the slide still works. That's the problem.
AfterAfter: a slide with four quotes from the customer's quality team
It opens with what their quality team actually said.
BeforeBefore: a ten-step workflow too small to read
Ten steps, none of them readable, none of them theirs.
AfterAfter: five stages of supplier approval, four running on email and spreadsheets
Their five stages, and where the record gets lost today.
AfterAfter: one stage shown as your step, in the workflow, proof created automatically
Each stage in their process: their step, what changes, what proof they get.
AfterAfter: the demo slide, one new ingredient at one site, six roles
And the demo last, as their scenario, not your feature tour.

Not included

What a rebuild isn't.

  • Design-only polish on the same story
  • Several decks or several buying groups (ask about bigger work)
  • Sales training or coaching
  • Customer evidence I make up. If it isn't in your notes, it goes in the brief, not on a slide
  • A promised result. You get the deck, you own the deal

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Is my material confidential?

Yes. It's used only for your rebuild and deleted after delivery, within 30 days at the latest. Anonymize anything you like before sending. If your company needs an NDA, send it with your request.

Do you use AI?

Yes, as a tool, for things like structuring notes and first drafts. It never supplies customer evidence: every claim on a slide traces back to something in your material, and the brief shows which.

What if my customer evidence is thin?

Then you'll hear that before you pay, along with what to ask to fix it. Sometimes the right first step is a better discovery call, not a better deck.

Your template or mine?

Yours, if you have one. If not, one of ours in your brand colors. PowerPoint or Google Slides, your choice.

Can you do it faster?

Express is 3 working days for €1,300, when capacity allows and everything is complete when you submit.

How do I pay, and do I get an invoice?

By card through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which issues the invoice and handles VAT for your country. Business customers can add a VAT ID at checkout.

What if I'm not happy with it?

One round of changes is included. If the story doesn't work for your customer, tell me why: that's usually missing evidence, and we fix it together.

Got a meeting coming up?

Send what you have. You'll hear back within two working days.
